It's not my real name, you know.
I tried to comment on this yesterday, and had all sorts of problems. Anyway, my awe-inspiring comment was..."Eeewww!"
That is the best joke I have heard all day... I have my suspicions it is going to be one of those jokes you forget all about until you are drunk and in company and then you go, "Hey! I've got one!" and I'll just have to blame YOU.x
Ha! My 10 year has just laughed too:-)
Mjmoore - ewwww, I know, it's not the most pleasant image! But that's five-year-old boys for you!Girl with the mask - the best joke you've heard all day! excellent. I see you wrote that comment at 10.37 this morning, I do hope no other jokes have bettered it since then! Lane - I laughed and I'm 37...oh dear. Must try to be more mature!
That is going to earn me serious cred points with an eight-year-old I know. And a 21-year-old. And a 41-year-old, now I think about it. (They're all male, though. Funny, that.)
My 13 year old son said it was a cool joke or it would have been if I hadn't told it to him. See what a difference three little years make?
Zinnia - glad to have helped with your cool points - must try to get some of those myself one of these days!Fiona - what a cheek! I bet he's told all his mates. But not the bit about his mum telling him the joke, of course!
Just catching up after finishing book and read your previous post... how long have you got before wedding? I had my outfit made - got exactly what I wanted for a fraction of the shop price.
