Feeling the burn

Okay, so I've started my pre-wedding dress fitness regime. This consists of:

1) running on the spot while I wait for the kettle to boil.
2) running right past the biscuit tin without opening it.

Er...that's it so far.
Paula Radcliffe better watch out!

Sounds like the perfect fitness plan! What more do you want to do?
p.s have you already got your dress? you don't want to get too fit and then lose yourself in your dress afterall!

How about leaving the kids with the trolley at the checkout, while I run back to the chocolate aisle? Does that count? It's either that or running back to the car to fetch my purse...

That's hilarious--best of luck with your regimen. I'm not sure I'm manage to keep my fingers off the tin...

Phew. That sounds strenuous. Hats off to your willpower:-)

Thanks, CC Devine and Vicky, I know, it's a tough regime I've set myself but hey... Perhaps this is a new avenue for me - fitness guru. I could have my own video and everything...?
Or maybe not.
Pacha, of course I haven't got my dress! I am so disorganised, I haven't done anything yet. NEXT YEAR, I keep telling myself. Mind you, NEXT YEAR is starting to feel horribly soon.

Leigh - I like your style. Running to buy chocolate - yes! Cancel out the calories before you've consumed them, good one.

Alyssa - must confess I have lapsed and tucked into some mince pies and cream. Mmmmmm. Will have to do some laps of the kitchen this morning to make up.

Lane, I am totally feeling the burn, believe me. Oh, all right, don't believe me, then! I wouldn't!

Caroline, you are right. Luckily I know that I am so pathetic that I will only last for a week on this stupid new regime and will then gorge myself happily for the rest of the Crimbo period... It's good to be self-aware, innit?!
